Review of variance requests for:
Five (5) foot side yard setback.
Hard surface coverage.
Accessory structure square footage allowance.
On property located at 7409 Frontier Trail.

I have reviewed the above request for a variances. The following conditions would
be required:
1. A building permit is required.
2. If the building permit application is received after July 10, 2007, any portion
ofthe structure less than five (5) feet from the property line must be of one-
hour fire-resistive construction.
