Rezoning and Preliminary Plat
Brandl Anderson is proposing an attached row townhouse development consisting of 60 homes on
the 11.75-acre site. The proposed development consists of thirteen townhome buildings and the
project will have a homeowner’s association.
The project site is guided for Residential Medium Density on the future land use map, which allows
for a density of 4-8 units per acre, but does not currently have a zoning designation. R-8 allows for a
maximum net density of up to 8 units per acre and townhouses are a permitted use in that district.
The proposed overall site net density is 5.44 units per acre, which falls within the guided density.
We are requesting a zoning change to R-8 and our project site will meet the following R-8
requirements.
