The following is in response to your letter dated June 18,2007
#2 - Erosion Control
48" CB1\H-I will be protected with silt fence, staked hay bales & filter material as
shO\m on survey. Once grading is completed, the top soil shall be placed over fill and
site will remain cropland and be seeded with oats/winter \vheat/alfalfa mix dependent
upon the time of year.
#5 - r would assume existing hydrologic calculations were assessed prior to MNDOT's .
installation of the 48 CBMH culvert. Since this project will neither redirect nor add to
the existing flow, new calculations would not be necessarv.

#7 - Due to the uncertainty of \vhen a grading permit will be issued, the haul site will
likely change. A detailed haul route will be provided to the City once the permits are
issued and a specific haul site is identified (prior to any hauling)
