NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 18,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Site Plan Approval for a 12,300 square-foot expansion to a 27,800 square-foot building on property
zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, and located at 8325 Commerce Drive. Applicant: Power
Systems.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-21.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
