meeting. The 60 day review period will expire on October 2,2007. The City will
be unable to complete the review within 60 days of the original submittal (August
3, 2007). This letter is to formally notify you that the City is taking the additional
60 day extension to process this request as permitted under Minnesota Statute
15.99.
