PLANNING CASE NO. 07-18
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a Rublic hearing
on Tuesday, September 4,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the,Council Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider 11 request for Site Plan Review for an auxiliary
parking lot on property located on the northwest corner of Audubon Road and Coulter Boulevard and
zoned Industrial Office Park, lOP - Paisley Park Parking Lot. Applicant: Paisley Park Enterprises.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web site at
www.cLchanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-18.htmlor at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect
to this proposal.
