NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-24
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
subdivision approval for three lots (Life Time Fitness Second Addition) on property legally
described as Lot 1, Block 1, Life Time Fitness located on the southeast comer of Highway 5 and
Highway 41 (2901 Corporate Place). Applicant: Alliant Engineering, Inc. and Lifetime Fitness.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/07-24.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
