Dear Mr. Eidsness:
This is an informational letter to inform you that I am in receipt of your letter dated
November 8, 2007, waiving the 120-day city review deadline.
Preliminary plats are valid for one year. The City Council approved the preliminary plat
for Lotus Woods on June 11,2007. The final plat must be filed for approval by the City
Council prior to June 1 i, 2008. Also, development fees, payable at the time of final plat
recording, will likely increase.
