Re: Life Time Fitness Second Addition - Planning Case #07-24
Dear Mr. Modrow:
This letter is to confirm that on November 13, 2007, the Chanhassen City Council
approved the plat creating three lots (Life Time Fitness Second Addition), plans
prepared by Alliant Engineering, Inc., dated September 14, 2007, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The right-of-way for the Corporate Place cul-de-sac must be removed from
the Life Time Fitness Second Addition plat.
2. Cross-access and cross-parking easementS/agreements must be recorded with
the plat.
3. The existingsanitarysewerandwatermainwithinthe plat will remain. " .
privately O\vnedandmaint~inedvia easement agreements between adjoining
properties recorded with the plat. Secondary utilities that cross propertyJines ' ",
shall also be addressed via private; recorded easement agreements between
adjoining properties.
4. The Life Time Fitness Second Addition must comply with the Development
Design,Standards for Arboretum Business Park.

Twosigned mylar copies of the final plat shall be submitted to our office for
signatures along with all executed copy of the cro~s-parking and access-easement
and the utility easement(s) and a copy of the title commitment or deed. Three

reductions of thefinalplat withjust street names and lot and block numbers shall
be submitted. In addition, a digital copy in .dxfformatand a digital copy in .tif
format (pdf compatible) ofthe final plat shall be submitted

The City will submit all the necessary documents to Carver County for recording of the
subdivision. Current year property taxes must be paid in full and any delinquent property taxes
or green acres taxes must also be paid before filing the final plat. If you have any questions or
