The right-of-way for the Corporate Place cul-de-sac must be removed from the Life Time Fitness Second Addition plat. 2. Cross-access and cross-parking easementS/agreements must be recorded with the plat. 3. The existingsanitarysewerandwatermainwithinthe plat will remain.
