NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-25
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 20,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
a Interim Use Permit to allow a temporary antenna on top of a building located at 8200 Market
Boulevard. Applicant: Rosemount, Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/olan/07-25.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
