NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 07-28
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing
on Tuesday, November 20, 2007, at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market
Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is
to consider a requestfor a variance to
exceed the maximum detached
accessory structure size to construct
an addition to an existing detached
garage on property zoned Rural
Residential (RR) located at 951
Homestead Lane. Applicant: JDA
Design Architects. Owners: John &
Cindy Hart. .
A plan showing the location ofthe
proposal is available for public review
on the City's web site at

regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this
public hearing and express their
opinions with respect to this proposal.
