Re: Crossroads of Chanhassen - Gateway South
Dear Mr. Korsh: .
This letter is to infonD. you that we are in receipt of your Crossroads of Chanhassen
development application, located at the northwest intersection of Highway 101 and
Lyman Boulevard.
After review of data submitted, it was determined that the application is incomplete
and the following information is missing:
· Define the triangular area which abuts Lyman Boulevard.
· Show Drainage and Utility easements on the Preliminary Plat.
· Provide horizontal curve data.
· Remove the northern curb curto the gas station.
· Need pond calculations for NURP. ". . . .
· Need pre and post wetland calculations including entire drainage
boundaries.
· Must provide outlet to wetland.
· Need access to the pond.
. Need sign plans.
· Show location. of propane tanks.
· The fenestration on the gas station does not meet ordinance.
· Increase pavement width to 36 feet.
· Provide top and bottom elevations on xetainingwalls.
· Condition to keep traffic on main roads.
· Traffic study from an outside agency.
· Hard surface coverage.
We will not be able to review your application until these items have been
submitted. This also means that the 60-day deadline to process an application will
not begin until we have received all the necessary information to review the
application. The next submittal date is January 4, 2008. If a complete application
is submitted to the City by that date, Crossroads of Chanhassen will appear before
the Planning Commission for a Public Hearing on February 5, 2008.
