INTERIM USE PERMIT #07-25
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen
hereby grants an interim use permit for the following use:
To permit a temporary 25-foot roof-mounted mast/antenna atop a two-story office
building.
2. Property. The permit is for property located at 8200 Market Boulevard situated in the
City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota, and legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, Chanhassen Lakes Business Park 2nd Addition, Carver County,
Minnesota.
3. Conditions. The permit is issued to install a 25-foot mast/antenna atop the two-story
office building at Rosemount, Inc., as show in plans dated received November 2, 2007, subject to
the following conditions:
a. A building permit must be approved prior to installation of the mast/antenna.
b. The interim use permit is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of building
permit approval. Should the interim use permit need to be extended, the applicant will
need to request a formal extension 60 days prior the expiration date of the permit.
c. Approval of this application is contingent upon City Council approval of the zoning
ordinance amendment to Section 20-1515, Antennas mounted on roofs, walls, and
existing towers requiring an Interim Use Permit (IUP) for antennas in excess of 15 feet in
height.
4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit following a public hearing for
violation of the terms of this permit.

5. Lapse. If within one year of the issuance of this permit the authorized construction has
not been substantially completed or the use commenced, this permit shall lapse, unless an extension
is granted in accordance with the Chanhassen Zoning Ordinance.
6. Criminal Penalty. Violation of the terms of this conditional use permit is a criminal
misdemeanor.
