On September 24, 2007, the Chanhassen City Council approved a Site Plan
Permit with conditions for a 12,300 square-foot expansion to a 27,800 square-foot,
one-story office warehouse building (power Systems). The permit is between the
City and Power Systems, but the property (Lot 4, Blk 1, Chanhassen Business

The County won't accept the above referenced site plan permit for recording as is. The permit is between the City and
Power Systems, but the property (Lot 4, Blk 1, Chanhassen Business Center Second Addition - which is torrens) is owned by
Harley E. Bergren and Elizabeth L. Bergren, husband and wife, as joint tenants. You provided a consent to the site plan
permit executed by Harley E. Bregren as building owner; however, since title to the property is held by both Mr. and Mrs.
Bergren as joint tenants, we also need Elizabeth L. Bergren to consent to the site plan permit.
Would you be so kind as to obtain and provide me with a second Property Owner Consent to the site plan permit executed
