Bob,
Thanks for your prompt response.
I request that you provide us with that "list of more specific requirements" so that we can determine how to revise-and
resubmit-the plan. Therefore, I ask that you please "hold" the application as "incomplete" until we have the opportunity to do
so, acknowledging that the hearing schedule will also be "on hold" until that occurs.
We are aware that staff is not supportive of the proposal but want to address the issues to the extent possible before proceeding.
I look forward to receiving that "list."

I am in receipt of your plan submittal. While the concept plan does not have to be as detailed as a formal site plan review, it
should reasonably represent what could actually occur as part of the development.
The plan you submitted appears to not even meet the minimum requirements of the PUD. We are working on a list of more
specific requirements. Based on this, we will be recommending denial of the concept plan as well as the land use amendment
and rezoning.
Please advise if you wish to continue the process. If you withdraw now, we can return you application fees. If you want to
proceed, given the significant issues, the need for major revisions to the plan and staff's negative recommendation, please let me
know.
