NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 08-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 4,2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Amendment from Residential- Low Density to Mixed Use
(Commercial and Office), and Concept Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval for a
Neighborhood Business District type development including five commercial buildings with drive-
thrus on approximately 8.5 acres of land zoned Agricultural Estate District, A2, located at the
southwest comer ofTH 101 and Lyman Boulevard - BRIGHTON PROPERTIES. Applicant:
Brighton Corporation.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/planJ08-03.htmlor at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
