Re: Walgreens and Retail Site - 7 & 41 Crossing
Dear Mr. Heitzmann:
This letter is to inform you that we are in receipt of your re-submittal of the
Walgreens and Retail Site development application, located at the southwest
intersection of Highways 7 & 41.
This application is still incomplete. Additional items are still needed to begin the
review process. They are as follows:
. Based on phone conversations and emails, I understand that you will revise the
layout of the Walgreel1s parking lot. The submittal deadline was on February
15,2008. This deadline is past due.
. Show tractor-trailer turning movements for entry to and exit from the site.
. Revise the southern elevation of the proposed Walgreen's building to show a
minimum of50%transparency (add windows).
. Fees for processing a site plan for the retail building.
. Building materialsb()ard. ...
. The exit from the drive-thrustill has weaving issues. Provide anticipated
volume of traffic that will use thedrive-thru window.
We will not be.able to review your application until these items have been
submitted. Thisalsomeansthatthe 60-daydeadline to process an application will
not begin until we have received all the necessary information to review the
application. I also need to point out that the next submittal deadline is March 15,
2008.
