NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 08-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Site Plan
Approval and a Conditional Use Permit with Variances for the construction of two retail buildings on
property zoned Neighborhood Business District, located on the southwest corner of the intersection of
Highway 41 and Highway 7 (2499 Highway 7). Applicant: Anxon, Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/08-05.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
