CP.;HHASSHI "","ING DE" Attached are the calculations for the storm sewer pipe sizing. The runoff from the site in its current condition is collected in the storm sewer system and discharged at two points to the stormwater pond directly south of the site. The redevelopment will not result in a significant change in the overall impervious area or drainage patterns on the site. We reviewed the capacity of the existing pipe system for the 10-yearrainfall event and attempted to keep the drainage patterns for the new development similar to the existing conditions. Assumptions were made to the flow contributions from the off-site runoff and stormwater pond northeast of the site.
