Subject: 7/41 Crossing Vacation
Alyson/Joe/Jean,
As a part of the Walgreens/Retail Building Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit Submittal (Planning Case 08-
05) located on Lots 1 & 2, Seven Forty One Crossing, an Administrative Subdivision will be required. As a
result of the Admin Sub, a D&U Easement Vacation will be required. I have scheduled this on the future City
Council agenda for a public hearing at the May 12, 2008 City Council meeting, in conjunction with approval
of the Site Plan & Conditional Use Permit.
I will create a vacation file to be associated with the case file and give it to Jean with the necessary
documents for processing. Please see me or Sharmeen if you have questions.
~~OTE TO JEAN: As you are aware, public hearing notices will be needed for this vacation request (two
weeks before, right?). See me for the list/labels. Some will be in Hennepin County and I am working with
Joleen on this.
