Dear Mr Heitzman,
With respect to the development on the above-referenced property, my
understanding is as follows:
1. The property is currently zoned Neighborhood Business (the "District").
2. A Walgreen's Store with general retail uses, including the operation of a
prescription pharmacy department, is an allowable use in the Neighborhood
Business zoning.
3. A monument sign with a manual readerboard may be erected on the site,
subject to the City's sign code.
4. City of Chanhassen water and sewer are available to the site.
