NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 08-07
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, March 18, 2008,
at 7:00p.m. in the Council Chambers
in 'Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request for
Subdivision approval of7 acres into
two lots; Site Plan approval for a
55,000 square-foot two-story office/
warehouse building with a future
15,000 square-foot expansion; and a
Wetland Alteration Permit to alter
or fill wetlands on site on property
zoned Industrial Office Park (IOP)
and located at 8301 Audubon Road.
Applicant: Eden Trace
Corporation/IDI Distributors.
