NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 08-09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Site Plan
Approval for a 13,260 square-foot two-story office building with Variances on property zoned
Planned Unit Development, PUD, and located at 7808 Kerber Boulevard - Carver County Service
Center. Applicant: Carver County.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/08-09.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
