Dear Craig:
This letter is to inform you that we are in receipt of your request to waive the 60-day
review deadline and remove the above-mentioned item from the May 6, 2008
Planning Commission Agenda. At your request this item is tentatively scheduled for
the May 20, 2008 Planning Commission Agenda.
Please provide the following information. This information is necessary for both the
applicant and the City to analyze alternate solutions to resolve issues on the site.
1. A survey to scale, including but not limited to the following information:
a. A breakdown of the existing and proposed site coverage, i.e.
buildings, pavement, gravel surface
b. Location and dimensions of signs: existing, proposed, as well as
sign proposed to be removed
2. Stormwater improvements for the site:
a. Surface water management regulations within Chapter 19, Article
VII of the City Code, including, but not limited to:
i. Grading and drainage plan
11. Drainage calculations for the existing and proposed
conditions
111. Peak discharge rates and facility design elements must meet
City minimum standards.
If you are able to provide the additional information by Monday, May 5, 2008, we
will be able to process the application as scheduled. However, if you are unable
to meet that deadline, please contact me to discuss the rescheduling of this item.
