NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 08-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 20,2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Wetland
Alteration Permit for Phase I of the Lyman Boulevard Reconstruction Project located between
Galpin Boulevard and Audubon Road. Applicant: Carver Country/City of Chanhassen.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/08-12.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
