PLANNING CASE NO. 08-09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2008,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request for
Site Plan Approval for a 13,260
square-foot two-story office building
with Variances on property zoned
Planned Unit Development, PUD,
and located at 7808 Kerber
Boulevard - Carver County Service
Center. Applicant: Carver County.
A plan showing the location of
the proposal is available for public
review on the City's web site at

during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to
attend this public hearing and
express their opinions with respect
to this proposal.
