This same RLS has previously been reviewed and approved last year by the City of Chanhassen. It has not been filed due to numerous issues related to the passing of Mr. Beddor. Attached for your review and acceptance is our application for a Development Review Application for a RLS. Copies of the RLS and the Tiff file will be directly sent to you by our surveyor, Lot Survey Co. A check for the filing fees will be delivered by Mary of Ms. Beddor's office. A written notice of appHcation defidencies shall be mailed to the applicant within 15 business days of application.
