Dear Ms. AI-Jaff,
As we have recently discussed, Ms. Beddor has decided to proceed with an RLS
addressing two of her properties along Pleasant View Road. This same RLS has
previously been reviewed and approved last year by the City of Chanhassen. It has not
been filed due to numerous issues related to the passing of Mr. Beddor.
Attached for your review and acceptance is our application for a Development Review
Application for a RLS. Copies of the RLS and the Tiff file will be directly sent to you by
our surveyor, Lot Survey Co. A check for the filing fees will be delivered by Mary of
Ms. Beddor's office. I have attached to the applications a copy of the current Certificates
of Title confirming Ms. Beddor as fee simple land owner.

This application must be completed in full and be typewritten or dearly printed and must be accompanied by all information
and plans required by applicable City orolnance provisions. Before filing this application, you should confer with the
Planning Department to determine the ~ ordinance and procedural requirements applicable to your application.
A detennination of completeness of the application shall be made within 15 business days of application submittal. A written
notice of appHcation defidencies shall be mailed to the applicant within 15 business days of application.
This is to certify that I am making application for the desaibed action by the City and that I am responsible for complying with
all City requirements with regard to this request. This application should be processed in my name and I am the party whom
the City should contact regarding any matter pertaining to this application. I have attached a copy of proof of ownership
(either copy of Owner's Duplicate Certificate of rrtle, Abstrad of Title or purchase agreement), or I am the authorized person
