Re: Interim Use Pennit (IUP) for Site Grading - Planning Case #07-16
Dear Mr. Klingelhutz and Mr. Wert:
This letter is to advise you that the IUP for site grading at 8601 Waters Edge
Drive and 760 Lake Susan Drive expires on September 24, 2008. Prior to that
date, you will need to complete all the site grading and seed and mulch any
disturbed soil. Erosion measures must be maintained until the site is re-vegetated
after which erosion control shall be removed. Y ouare also required to provide
the City with an as-built grading plan certified by a licensed surveyor or engineer
to verify that the site ",as graded according to the approved grading plan.
The interim use permit expires one year from the date of approval from the City
Council. The permittnay be renewed on an annualbasis subjectto City Council
approval. The applipl:Ultwillneedlo requestaformalextension 45. days prior to
the expiration date')2our request for renewal would need to be in writing to the
City of ChanhassenbyMonday,August 11,2008, Haul routes for soil also need
to be submitted.
