Prior to that date, you will need to complete all the site grading and seed and mulch any disturbed soil. Erosion measures must be maintained until the site is re-vegetated after which erosion control shall be removed. Y ouare also required to provide the City with an as-built grading plan certified by a licensed surveyor or engineer to verify that the site ",as graded according to the approved grading plan. The interim use permit expires one year from the date of approval from the City Council. The permittnay be renewed on an annualbasis subjectto City Council approval.
