City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. BACKGROUND K. Hovnanian Homes has requested that a portion of the drainage and utility easement in Lot 27, Block 1, Liberty on Bluff Creek be vacated. The property is located in the southeast comer of Audubon Boulevard and Bluff Creek Boulevard. A drainage and utility easement was granted in 2006 with the Liberty on Bluff Creek final plat. Four lots within the first addition are being replatted with the third addition. The lot configuration changed, therefore a portion of the drainage and utility easement dedicated with the first addition plat must be vacated. There are no utilities within the vacation area.
