Re: Beddor Registered Land Survey - Planning Case 07-13
Dear Mr. Fortier:
This letter is to formally notify you that on August 25,2008, the City Council
adopted the following motion:
"The Chanhassen City Council approves Registered Land Survey 123."
Please submit two RLS mylars to the City. Once the City receives the RLS
mylars, the Mayor and City Manager will execute them and provide the date of
approval. These will then be forwarded to the City Attorney's office for
recording.
