RE: Interim Use Permit (IUP) for Site Grading - Planning Case #07-16

This letter is in reponse to your letter dated August 5,2008. At this time we are
requesting to extend our grading permit for a period of one year. We are planning to
have the grading and restoration completed prior to winter, but there will be a topsoil pile
remaining with complete removal of this pile by next September. A silt fence is
currently installed and more will be installed to prevent any runoff from the stockpile.
