The combined square footage of the water-oriented accessory structure (shed/deck) may not exceed 250 square feet; 2. A building or zoning permit must be applied for and approved prior to completion of the water -oriented structure to ensure compliance with City Code. 3. The applicant and staff will work out a re-vegetation plan for the clear-cut area to meet the approval of staff. " The variance is valid for one year from the approval date. A building permit must be applied for prior to January 6,2010 through the City's building department.
