Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $4,500.00 as partial release of the
development security for Lot 4, Block 1, Chanhassen Business Center 2nd
Addition (Power Systems). The City will retain $500.00 (10%), until June 30,
2009, as landscape maintenance security as required by general condition 6 of the
site plan agreement.
