NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 09-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Conditional Use Permit for Multiple Principal Structures on one lot and Site Plan Review for a
51,000 square-foot building expansion on property zoned 01, Office and Institutional District,
located at 3121 Westwood Drive. Applicant: Cunningham Group Architecture, P.A. Owner:
Westwood Community Church.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/09-03.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
