NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 09-01
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a seven-lot
Subdivision with Variances on property zoned RSF, Single-Family Residential, located at 8600 Waters
Edge Drive – APPLE TREE ESTATES. Applicant: Plowe Engineering, Inc. Owner: Aloysius
Klingelhutz.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/09-01.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
