NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2009,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request for
Conditional Use Permit for Multiple
Principal Structures on one lot and
Site Plan Review for a 51,000 square-
foot building expansion on property
zoned 01, Office and Institutional
District, located at 3121 Westwood
Drive. Applicant:. Cunningham

Westwood Community Church.
