This letter is to inform you that on June 8, 2009, the Chanhassen City Council
approved a one-year extension until May 22,2010 for the preliminary plat for
Liberty at Creekside, Planning Case #05-24.
Final plat documents must be submitted to the City thirty (30) days prior to the
City Council meeting in which you wish to have your final plat approved.
Enclosed is the list of items required for submittal for final plat.
