NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 09-08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for an
amendment to the Chanhassen Business Center Planned Unit Development, and Subdivision of
Lot 2, Block 1, Chanhassen Business Center 4th Addition into two lots (1693 Lake Drive West).
Applicant: Eden Trace Corp.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/09-08.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
