The City of Chanhassen,astheLocal Unit of Government responsible for the
administration of the Wetland Conservation Act has reviewed the delineation
performed by ""est\VoodProfessionalServices on. behalf of Kraus Anderson
Realty and foundthedelineatedboundaryto be. correct as shown on the Wetland
Delineation Reportdat~dNovember2007.
One wetland was identified onthesubjectproperty located in the SE lA of the NE
lA of Section 23 andtheSW%oftheNW % of Section 24i Township 116N, and
Range 23W in CarverCounty,MN. The wetland was field delineated on October
17,2007. The wetland is3.26acresin size and is comprised of a Type 3 interior
with a Type 1 fringe. Intheeventthatanyimpactsareproposed, it will be
necessary to delineate the areaof each wetland community.
