Dear Mr. Gibbs:
This letter is to notify you that on September 14, 2009, the Chanhassen City
Council approved a one-year extension for the submittal of the erosion control
plan and construction of the pond to be located on Parcel B (1875 Flying Cloud
Drive).
The erosion control plan and installation of the pond are conditions of approval
for the amended CUP/IUP, Planning Case #08-10, for Nick's Storage and Parking
located at 1900 Stoughton Avenue, approved on Octobef13,2008. The revised
deadline for the installation of the pond is September 14, 2010.
