Box 470 Chanhassen, MN 55317 Re: Variance Request for 6604 Alder Way Planning Case #09-10 Dear Mr. Hislop: This letter is to confirm that on August 18,2009, the Chanhassen Planning Commission as the Board of Adjustments and Appeals approved the IS-foot front yard setback variance to permit a IS-foot front yard setback on Lot 9, Block 1, Pinehurst 2nd Addition. The granting of this variance has not been appealed and is therefore final. The approval of the variance is subjectlothe following conditions: 1. Future constructioffplans shalltake the wet1an~andgtlllyfeaturesinto consideration and utilize best Inanagementpractices toavoidfurtber degradation tothe wetIandandgully, 2.
