Dear Jim:
Please find enclosed the refund for the sign variance application in the amount of
$450.00, check #142450. An inspection of the existing sign indicated that the
sign is legal non-conforming at eight feet tall; therefore, a variance is not required
for the proposed eight-foot tall sign. A sign permit mustbe applied for and
approved prior to installation of the proposed sign. The proposed sign must
comply with city code with all other sign regulations.
