The City of Chanhassen has no objection, pursuant to Chanhassen City Code Section 20-903, to combining Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Chanhassen Lakes Business Park 5th Addition, PIN 25-1930050 and PIN 25-1930060, respectively, into a single zoning lot. These two lots are under single ownership. Please revise the legal description for the propelty to include both parcels' legal descliptions and combine under a single parcel identification number with a propelty address of 7901 Park Place. Hereafter, interior lot lines within the zoning lot shall be disregarded in applying setbacks and other zoning ordinance standards. Additionally, the lot may not be subdivided without complying with the city's subdivision ordinance.
