Re: Grading Interim Use Permit, Planning Case 07-16
Dear Mr. Klingelhutz and Mr. Wert,
The Interim Use Permit for the grading on the property located at the northeast corner
of Lake Susan Drive and Waters Edge Drive expired September 24, 2009. Grading
operations on this site must cease. An as-built grading plan must be submitted to
ensure that the area was graded according to the approved grading plan. The site must
be restored per the Interim Use Permit requirements.
