A RESOLUTION VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENTS ON CHANHASSEN TRANSIT STATION
PLANNING CASE FILE NO. 09-18
WHEREAS, the City Council is recommended to vacate a portion ofthe drainage and
utility easements per Document Number 30100 and to vacate the drainage and utility easement
per Document Number 30101, as shown on the survey prepared by Egan, Field & Nowak; and
WHEREAS, approval is contingent upon filing the Chanhassen Station final plat,
dedication of new drainage and utility easements, and execution of a temporary construction
easement; and
WHEREAS, the existing drainage and utility easements were dedicated and granted to the
City in 1976 per Document Numbers 30100 and 30101; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
approves vacating a portion of the drainage and utility easement per Document Number 30100
and to vacate the drainage and utility easement per Document Number 30101, as shown on the
survey prepared by Egan, Field & Nowak as defined on the attached vacation description.
