reduced copy for each plan sheet along with a diaital COP\{ in TIFF-Group 4 (*.tif) format.

Building material samples must be submitted with site plan reviews.

A determination of completeness of the application shall be made within 15 business days of application submittal. A written
notice of application deficiencies shall be mailed to the applicant within 15 business days of application.
