These lots are Lots 1 -3, 5 -14 Block 1 and Lots 1, 2, & 4, Block 2. Upon reviewing the title information associated with these lots it was discovered that a trail easement was recorded against Lots 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14, Block 1. After discussing the purpose of this trail with Todd Hoffman, Park and Recreation Director for the City of Chanhassen, it was determined that the trail easement is no longer required. We are therefore requesting the vacation of this easement to clean up the property records for the affected lots. Enclosed is an application requesting the vacation of the trail easement along with a check in the amount of $300 to cover the required application fee.
