Re: Vacation of Trail Easement — The Arbors

Dear Mr. Wedel:
This letter is to confirm that on August 9, 2010, the Chanhassen City Council
approved a resolution vacating a ten -foot wide trail easement per Document
Number 165683 on Lots 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14, Block 1, The Arbors.
In order to finalize the vacation, the Council resolution must be recorded at
Carver County. There is a $50.00 recording fee due payable to the City of
Chanhassen at your earliest convenience to record the document. Upon execution
of the resolution, the City will submit the document to Carver County for
recording.
