ZONING LOT DESIGNATION
The fee owners of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Brenden Pond 3 Addition, PID 25- 1470040 and
25- 1470050, Carver County Minnesota (collectively "The Lots ") have requested that The Lots be
combined as a single lot for zoning and building purposes (25- 1470040). The Lots are hereby
designated as a single Zoning Lot pursuant to Chanhassen City Code § 20 -903. Interior lot lines
within the Zoning Lot shall be disregarded in applying setbacks, other zoning requirements and
building code requirements. The Lots may not be conveyed as separate lots. The Zoning Lot may
not be subdivided without complying with the City of Chanhassen's subdivision regulations. The
Zoning Lot must have a single tax identification number. This Zoning Lot Designation shall be
recorded against the title to The Lots.
