The following is a description of the work proposed for this year. New Tennis Courts The proposed project will involve demolition of the two existing tennis courts, constructing two tennis courts in the same location, and constructing five more new tennis courts in the vicinity currently used primarily as play areas (seven tennis courts total). As part of this project, new grass swales will be constructed to satisfy the stormwater management requirements. The total amount of added/new impervious surfacing proposed for construction this year is 0.82 acres for the site.
